Medicinal Ingredients: each capsule provides 10 mg ascorbic acid (vitamin C); 5 mcg selenium (rice protein amino acid chelate); and 1 mg zinc (glyconate). Non-medicinal ingredients: Psyllium husks, gelatin, alginic acid, cascara sagrada bark, marshmallow root, parthenium aerial parts and root, apple pectin, bentonite, activated charcoal, ginger rhizome, pepsite (contains lactose), betaine hydrochloride, bile salts, magnesium stearate (from vegetable sources), pancreatin, chlorophyll, vitamin E, silicon dioxide, and beta-carotene.
Recommended Use:2 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules at bedtime.
This is the actual recommendation but since we are talking about an accelerated treatment here, one could easily take 5 capsules 3 times a day for a duration of the container of 8 days like BP (dandelion 4 days)
