Detoxification, detoxication or detoxing?
The use of the terms detoxification or detoxication can confuse many people. And even more so if we add the word “detoxification”. On this site, we have chosen détoxication to facilitate the short word “DETOX”, but the properties of our cures are essentially to eliminate toxins. It is up to you to choose the word that suits you best.
In short, we can use both terms, but “detoxification” is the term most commonly used to describe the process of getting rid of harmful substances or addictions. This is what our cures offer to put all the chances of passing your drug tests on your side. It is also the term used to mean closed retreat cures for people who are battling addictions. So we often hear the term in the context of being in a detox!
“Detox” is a more general term that can describe this process, but it can also be used to describe efforts to cleanse or purify the body of toxins generally.
In summary, “detoxification” is the most accurate term to describe the process of getting rid of harmful substances or addictions, while ” detoxication” is a more general term that can be used to describe efforts to cleanse or purify the body. Our cures therefore allow for both detoxification and detoxication from the perspective of cleansing and purifying the body.
Finally, the term “detoxification” is a term that can be used interchangeably with ” detoxication” and ” detoxing”. All three describe the process of getting rid of harmful substances or addictions, or cleansing or purifying the body of toxins in general. There is no significant difference between these terms and they can be used interchangeably. Note, however, that the term detoxification seems to be more related to pharmacology, which is described as an operation by which a compound loses its toxicity.
