Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original unopened packaging.

Many types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, natural products, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Note also that you absolutely do not guarantee results which vary based on multiple factors or intolerances or allergies. To that end, each product has its Health Canada compliant wording and all ingredients are listed in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are appropriate for your situation.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Items on sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, email us at admin@testsecours.com, we will send you instructions if we accept.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must mail it to the address that will be provided in your instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
